Chris Bilotti is a managing partner of New England CRE in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. In commercial real estate since 2003 he has built a multifamily portfolio of properties valued in excess of $80 million. Previously Chris held the position of Chief Financial Officer at the Mount Vernon Company an investment and development Company with $500 million in total assets. Chris holds a Masters Degree from Bryant University. Chris brings a deep understanding of investment sales development transaction structures debt structures tax deferral strategies market knowledge and asset valuation to his work. Residing in Smithfield RI with his wife and three children Chris is a member of the Rhode Island Commercial and Appraisal Board of Realtors.
